Which hotel software does ChatGPT recommend?
For the small-independent-hotel question, Cloudbeds and Little Hotelier appeared in all three captured ChatGPT answers, while Mews appeared in none. Across the full hotel panel on 22 September 2026, Cloudbeds appeared in 26 of 30 answers and Mews in 21. The wider total should not replace the question that matches the property you run.
What we measured
Measured. This September release contains three ChatGPT runs for each of ten hotel buyer questions. ChatGPT retained 30 valid answers, including all scheduled observations for this engine. Cloudbeds's 26 of 30 is 86.7 percent, with a descriptive 95 percent Wilson interval of 70.3 to 94.7 percent. Capture was on 22 September 2026 and publication on 23 September.

Eleven of the 25 checked hotel vendors appeared at least once. The alphabetical table retains the other fourteen as zero rows, rather than dropping them from the checked set. These counts can guide research into which names ChatGPT supplied; they do not test a property's booking operations or measure how strongly the answer endorsed a vendor.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Describe the property before choosing the source question. A small independent hotel and a group with several properties should not inherit the same research list merely because they share the hotel category. Keep the operating context visible when you compare an answer with this table.
For the next step, identify the requirement that would make a supplier useful to you. Check the exact reservation, distribution or property-management claim against the supplier's documented scope. A named product is an invitation to inspect that evidence. It is not a finding that every required connection, price condition or regional service is available.
If you report these observations, print the engine and 30-answer base with the count. The category's separate 149-answer multi-engine total does not alter ChatGPT's valid base here. Keep zero labels intact too: no recorded naming for a checked vendor in this panel says nothing by itself about the suitability of that vendor for your property.

Use a property-specific question in Free 10-question check (one engine), then compare the description with the supplier source for the hotel operation you actually need. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.
For one unclear hotel-product statement backed by a dated primary source, Fix one answer, $490 provides a defined correction. Keep publishing that clarification separate from any later observation of ChatGPT.
