Which radiology software does ChatGPT recommend?
For the radiology questions in our 22 September 2026 collection, ChatGPT named Intelerad in 15 of 30 valid answers and RamSoft in 12. Eighteen of twenty-four checked vendors appeared at least once. This is a dated software-name observation, without a clinical-performance or product-suitability recommendation.
What we measured
Measured. The radiology panel in the September Index asked ten fixed buyer questions three times on ChatGPT. All thirty observations in this slice were valid. Intelerad's 15 of 30 is 50.0%, with a descriptive 95% Wilson interval of 33.2% to 66.8%. The category counts below retain all checked names, including six with no observed match.

An answer may name multiple vendors, while a repeated name within that answer still counts once for the vendor. These naming cells do not provide a ChatGPT-specific citation rate or establish which supporting source affected an answer. The release was published on 23 September 2026.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Separate the software question from a clinical claim. The fixed questions include an outpatient imaging centre, a five-location group, a hospital system and a teleradiology firm. A name returned for one setting does not establish its suitability for another.
Keep product identity precise as you investigate. A PACS, a RIS and a broader imaging platform describe different scopes; the naming count cannot verify the capabilities or deployment terms you need. Use appropriate dated primary product evidence for those details.
Treat the zero rows as observations about this checked sample. They do not show that a vendor lacks a particular function, fails a clinical standard or is unavailable. The study did not test those outcomes, and it did not measure what any clinical team purchased.

Keep the imaging setting and software need explicit in Free 10-question check (one engine), then review the answer as a starting point for documented product research. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.
For one evidenced factual product correction, Fix one answer, $490 can address the page statement. Clinical performance and procurement suitability require their own review.
Claiming or correcting a vendor record is free and never depends on a purchase.
