Three independent routes
Learn. Study without an account. Enroll only when saving an assessment and completion record. Pass at least 20/25 questions and all five safety questions, plus the structured case at 6/8 with full accuracy and ethics scores. The title is Broadcastwell Launchpad Foundations, certificate of completion. It is not accredited and creates no job or income promise. Public verification requires a separate choice.
Refer. We welcome applications from people who already know suitable B2B software buyers. Approval, a safety step, both signatures on fixed terms and restricted tax/payment onboarding precede activation. Experienced introducers may use a 45-minute safety briefing instead of the full course. Most participants may earn nothing. No fee, purchase, quota, exclusivity, downline or recruiting reward.
Paid work. Funded roles have their own selection process on Careers. The six paid samples remain on hold.
Joining, declining, completing or leaving Launchpad, making referrals, generating revenue, or taking part in the Exchange does not affect any application, interview, paid assessment or hiring decision. Learning and referrals create no entitlement or priority for paid work.
