Which CRM software does Claude recommend?
Claude named both HubSpot CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud in 24 of 30 CRM answers captured on 22 September 2026. Pipedrive appeared in 22 and Zoho CRM in 18. Yet none of the ten checked names appeared in the three answers about improving sales handoffs and follow-up. The collection therefore answers which names occurred, while leaving you to inspect how each answer treated the sales task.
What we measured
Measured. The published September CRM record includes a 30-answer Claude panel, comprising three answers to each of ten buyer questions. The questions range from growing sales teams and complex pipelines to reporting, evaluation criteria and handoffs. Publication was on 23 September 2026, following captures on 22 September.
For HubSpot CRM, 24 of 30 is 80.0 percent; the descriptive Wilson 95 percent interval is 62.7 to 90.5 percent. It describes a name-matching result, with no inference here about the proportion of sales teams that would choose it.
| Checked vendor | Named in valid Claude answers |
|---|---|
| Close | 6 of 30 |
| Copper | 1 of 30 |
| Freshsales | 8 of 30 |
| HubSpot CRM | 24 of 30 |
| Insightly | 2 of 30 |
| Microsoft Dynamics 365 | 5 of 30 |
| Nimble | 0 of 30 |
| Pipedrive | 22 of 30 |
| Salesforce Sales Cloud | 24 of 30 |
| Zoho CRM | 18 of 30 |
Nine of the ten checked CRM names appeared at least once. Nimble had no match under the published rules. The alphabetical table shows the full checked set, rather than sorting the companies into a purchasing rank. Each vendor contributes at most one naming observation per valid answer.
The handoff question's lack of checked names is not evidence that the answers failed, or that no CRM can support a handoff. It describes those three answer records. Deciding whether their explanation was useful requires reading it; counting names cannot make that judgment.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Begin with the sales work you are trying to change. When a team replaces spreadsheets, the useful evaluation may concern who owns the next action and how a record moves between people. Write that requirement before importing a familiar product name from a broader CRM answer.
Keep a proposed tool, an asserted feature and evidence of the feature in separate fields. A buyer can then see which parts of an answer remain to be checked. HubSpot CRM's 24 appearances supply a historical naming result, without validating a reporting function or an integration under your account's conditions.
For a supplier comparison, read the source passages that support the particular sales claim. Do not infer a Claude-specific citation rate from the category's pooled source records. The engine-specific cells used here contain names; they are not a record of which domains Claude cited.

Use Free 10-question check (one engine). Inspect a captured answer about the sales task, keeping the proposed product and supporting claim distinct. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.
If a CRM claim is inaccurate and a dated public source resolves it, Fix one answer, $490 can work on that one correction. A naming total is not evidence of completed sales work.
Claiming or correcting a vendor record is free and never depends on a purchase.
