Why is my project management software missing from AI answers?
There was no completely absent checked vendor in our project-management category: all ten appeared at least once across 150 valid answers captured on 22 and 23 September 2026. Yet seven of those names were absent from all fifteen answers about combining agile and structured planning. A missing name can therefore be specific to the question. This result does not explain an individual omission or establish a weakness in your product.
What we measured
Measured. The September project-management release contains ten questions, three scheduled answers and five engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. All 150 observations were valid. Publication was on 23 September 2026. Every checked vendor appears below, alphabetically, so the positive category totals remain visible.
The combined-planning question had no matches for Airtable, Basecamp, ClickUp, monday.com, Notion, Smartsheet or Wrike across its fifteen valid answers. Each zero-of-fifteen cell has a descriptive Wilson 95 percent interval of 0.0 to 20.4 percent. These smaller cells belong to the category total; they do not contradict a vendor's appearance on a different question.
| Checked vendor | Named in valid answers |
|---|---|
| Airtable | 13 of 150 |
| Asana | 97 of 150 |
| Basecamp | 18 of 150 |
| ClickUp | 80 of 150 |
| Jira | 63 of 150 |
| monday.com | 26 of 150 |
| Notion | 6 of 150 |
| Smartsheet | 54 of 150 |
| Trello | 32 of 150 |
| Wrike | 54 of 150 |
Jira appeared in three of that question's fifteen answers, Trello in two and Asana in one. A name count cannot tell you whether the answer usefully explained planning approaches. It also cannot verify what a product supports.
The category's two-day capture period matters when comparing reports. Do not silently replace it with a single-engine date or treat a new answer as another observation in this completed set. The table covers the ten checked vendors, not all project-management products in the market.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Identify the work in your question. Coordinating concurrent client projects, keeping a distributed team informed and discussing a planning approach are distinct contexts. Begin with the matching question record before attaching a broad absence label to your software.
Check the roster next. This category can establish that each checked name appeared somewhere, but it provides no result for an unchecked company. A report should show that difference explicitly, alongside the exact question and answer date.
For a missing-name investigation, inspect the answer's factual statements separately from its product list. If a statement about a supported planning function is wrong, compare it with dated product evidence. The seven observed question-level gaps do not prove a content defect or show that changing a page will change a later answer.

Use a precise team or planning question in Free 10-question check (one engine). Keep any omitted name separate from a factual statement that needs evidence. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.
If a public source resolves one incorrect project-software statement, Fix one answer, $490 can address the supported page correction. Count later observations separately.
Claiming or correcting a vendor record is free and never depends on a purchase.
