Which hotel software does Claude recommend?
Cloudbeds appeared in 24 of 30 Claude hotel-software answers captured on 22 September 2026, including all three answers about a small independent hotel. It appeared in none of the three answers comparing Maestro PMS with RoomKeyPMS for an independent hotel; both named comparison products appeared in all three. A broad category count therefore needs the question beside it. It does not show which system your hotel should buy.
What we measured
Measured. The September hotel property management release records ten fixed questions, each with three Claude answers. The resulting 30-answer panel covers independent hotels, hotel groups, alternatives and direct comparisons. Its observations were captured on 22 September 2026 and published on 23 September.
Cloudbeds' 24 appearances amount to 80.0 percent, with a descriptive 95 percent Wilson interval of 62.7 to 90.5 percent. Reading that as a hotel's likelihood of choosing Cloudbeds would substitute a buying event for the naming event we counted.

Nineteen of the 25 checked names appeared in this Claude panel. The table includes all six zero rows as well as the observed names, arranged alphabetically. Hotelogix appeared eighteen times, while Maestro PMS and Little Hotelier each appeared thirteen times; these totals can include different question contexts.
A comparison that names two products already supplies those names to the task. Their presence in the answer cannot establish unaided discovery. The Maestro and RoomKeyPMS example demonstrates where the recorded matches occurred, without showing a general preference for either product across independent hotels.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Separate an open search for possible systems from a comparison of products you already know. Keep each question in that form when reviewing the answer. Otherwise, a name supplied by the question can look like a product the engine independently introduced.
Write down the hotel setting before evaluating a claim: the type of property, the people using the system and any group-wide work that matters. Then check the product's current evidence for that work. A captured count about Cloudbeds or Hotelogix cannot confirm a connection, a commercial term or the quality of a deployment.
When reporting the result, retain the full 30-answer base and the smaller question cell. You can use the linked records to inspect what was said under those conditions. A different question, date or answer requires its own receipt; it cannot be inserted into this panel as though the collection had continued.
