Why is my insurance agency software missing from AI answers?
The agency-management checklist question named none of the 19 checked vendors across its 15 valid answers captured on 22 September 2026. Across all ten insurance-agency questions and 150 valid answers, five checked vendors were never named. A missing name therefore needs its original question and scope; these counts do not identify a defect in your software or the reason for its omission.
What we measured
Measured. The September insurance-agency panel captured three answers per question on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. All 150 scheduled observations were valid. The five vendors below had zero naming observations across the pooled category set.
| Checked vendor | Named answers |
|---|---|
| Agency Systems (Newton) | 0 of 150 |
| Dyad | 0 of 150 |
| NASA (Eclipse) | 0 of 150 |
| Quikfuzion | 0 of 150 |
| SIBRO | 0 of 150 |
Each zero-of-150 row has a descriptive 95 percent Wilson interval of 0.0 to 2.5 percent. Matching a vendor name is an answer observation, not a judgment about its product functions, carrier connections or suitability for an agency. The release date was 23 September 2026.
The two-producer new-agency question left eleven of the nineteen checked vendors unnamed across its fifteen answers. That question differs from a general selection checklist, just as a commercial-lines brokerage differs from a life-and-health benefits agency. A single category total does not preserve all those distinctions.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Begin with the line of business and the decision that prompted your concern. Look up the closest recorded question and inspect its retained answers. Keep a general vendor label separate from a specific system or module; otherwise a parent-company name can become a claim about a product the observation never assessed.
Next, review the matching details. Check the recorded vendor name and aliases before labelling an answer an absence. If the supplier was not among the nineteen checked vendors, this collection has no result for it. Keep that state explicit in your report rather than filling an empty field with zero.
For a factual investigation, choose one statement that can be checked against dated product documentation. The pooled category source lists included g2.com in 67 of 150 answers, but that does not reveal why an agency-management name was left out. Inspect the actual cited passage for the product and agency type you mean. A source correction can be documented; a promised change in an engine's next selection cannot be derived from this panel.

If one of those claims conflicts with a documented agency-software fact, Fix one answer, $490 can address that supported correction. Keep the approved statement and served page as its evidence.
Claiming or correcting a vendor record is free and never depends on a purchase.
