Why is my transportation software missing from AI answers?
A transportation-software omission needs a buyer context before it has an explanation. Axon Software, IntelliTrans and Princeton TMX each had zero recorded names in 150 answers captured on 22 September 2026, out of 25 checked vendors. The Index establishes those gaps, but does not identify their causes. A carrier comparison and a shipper's selection question are different records to investigate.
What we measured
Measured. The September Index retained all 150 scheduled transportation answers: ten fixed questions, three runs on each of ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Each whole-category zero is 0.0 percent, with a descriptive 95 percent Wilson interval of 0.0 to 2.5 percent. The answers were captured on 22 September 2026; the release was published on 23 September.

For the Truckbase-versus-Alvys carrier question, 24 of the 25 checked vendors were never named across its 15 valid answers. Truckbase appears in that question's wording but is outside the checked roster; that is not an extra zero row. Pooled source records in the full category included reddit.com in 33 of 150 answers and pcssoft.com in 30. A source citation is a separate event from a vendor-name match.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Find the closest operating context first. This collection asks about a ten-truck carrier, a freight brokerage, a large shipper and a shipper moving about two hundred loads a month. An absence in one of those questions should be recorded with that scope. It cannot establish an omission from every transportation-software decision.
For your checked product, preserve the exact name used by the matching rule and the underlying answer. If a supplier label covers several products, establish which product the answer describes before drafting a correction. If your company is outside the roster, describe it as unmeasured here rather than giving it one of the table's zeros.
Trace a disputed capability to its source. A claim about dispatch, a carrier record or a brokerage handoff needs evidence for the specific operation and product. These are evaluation questions for your team; the naming count did not test those functions. Retain an unresolved state when the public evidence does not settle the detail.
Only then decide whether a page needs changing. A demonstrably false description can support a correction with a source and a served-page check. A site that simply does not discuss your company has produced a different finding. Neither observation establishes that adding a sentence will change the next answer's selection.
