Which field service software does Claude recommend?
For field service software, Claude named ServiceTitan in 24 of 30 valid answers captured on 22 September 2026; Housecall Pro appeared in 21. The commercial mechanical and fire-protection question named ServiceTitan and ServiceTrade in all three answers, with no Housecall Pro match. The growing-plumbing-team question named Housecall Pro in all three. That difference belongs to the recorded questions, rather than establishing a product's current trade coverage.
What we measured
Measured. The September field service method and release include three Claude answers for each of ten questions, producing 30 valid answers. Contexts range from a one-person HVAC business to a plumbing team and commercial contractors. All captures in this panel are dated 22 September 2026; publication followed on 23 September.
ServiceTitan was named in 80.0 percent of this collection. Its descriptive Wilson 95 percent interval is 62.7 to 90.5 percent. The mixed contractor questions are not a random sample of field service buyers, so this is not an adoption estimate.

The matching procedure found fifteen of the 22 checked vendors at least once. Seven names have zero rows in the alphabetical table. A vendor is counted once in an answer even when its name is repeated there. The result does not grade dispatch, job completion or an endorsement's strength.
ServiceTrade's three commercial-contractor appearances are included in its six appearances overall. The three-answer cell and the thirty-answer total answer different questions; neither can explain why a particular contractor name appeared or why a different one was omitted.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Start with the trade and the work described in the actual question. A technician running a small HVAC business may be evaluating a different process from a commercial service team. Preserve that distinction when taking a name from the answer into a supplier conversation.
For any claim that matters to the job, ask for product documentation or a demonstration of the relevant path. A description of service agreements, scheduling or a connection needs its own evidence. An appearance of ServiceTitan, ServiceTrade or Housecall Pro does not establish all those details.
If your company is missing from one answer, keep the full text and the exact product identity before proposing a fix. The record shows an omission under stated conditions. It supplies no measured explanation for the omission and no promise that revising a website will change the next answer.

Read the trade and job context in Free 10-question check (one engine). Keep the name count beside that context. Retain the factual description that a customer would need to verify. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.
When that description contains one supported factual error, Fix one answer, $490 can focus on the evidence-backed correction. A delivered page fix and a later AI appearance remain separate events.
Claiming or correcting a vendor record is free and never depends on a purchase.
