Why is my dealership software missing from AI answers?
The recorded absence does not tell you its cause. Motility Software and Quorum Information Technologies were never named in the 150 valid dealership answers captured on 22 September 2026, although both were in the checked set of 22 vendors. Before treating a missing name as a website problem, inspect the buyer question and the matching rule behind the count.
What we measured
Measured. The September Absence Index observed ten dealership questions three times on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. All 150 scheduled answers were valid. The two zero rows below refer to the full category panel, rather than a single engine or a particular dealership type.
| Checked vendor | Named answers |
|---|---|
| Motility Software | 0 of 150 |
| Quorum Information Technologies | 0 of 150 |
Each vendor's zero-of-150 naming rate has a descriptive 95 percent Wilson interval of 0.0 to 2.5 percent. That interval describes this fixed collection; it cannot identify the reason for an omission. Publication followed on 23 September 2026.
The question asking what to ask when choosing a dealership management system had no checked vendor names in any of its 15 valid answers. By comparison, the independent-used-car-dealer question left 14 of the 22 checked vendors unnamed across its 15 answers. Retaining that question context matters more than treating every missing name as the same event.
Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Start by finding the dealership situation you meant to ask about. The bank distinguishes an independent used-car lot, a powersports dealer and a group running a dozen rooftops. A vendor's absence from one task is a narrower observation than its absence across the whole panel.
Then check identity. Preserve the recorded company name and the aliases used for matching before deciding that a returned product reference was missed. If your vendor is outside this study's checked set, this table gives no naming result for it. Do not silently turn an unmeasured company into another zero row.
For a page investigation, collect the exact unsupported or missing fact you want a buyer to find. Follow the retained answer's sources and compare their product scope with your own dated documentation. The dealership source lists included voltra.ai in 39 of 150 answers, but that count does not establish what caused a name to appear. Correct an evidenced statement; keep any explanation of the engine's selection unresolved.

Use Free 10-question check (one engine) with the dealership type and actual purchasing question intact. Save the returned wording before deciding whether there is a factual problem to address. No email is needed; runs are limited per network and per day, and by the site's daily allowance.
If that wording misstates one documented DMS fact, Fix one answer, $490 can address the source-backed correction. A missing name alone does not supply a promised placement result.
Claiming or correcting a vendor record is free and never depends on a purchase.
