Which AI visibility tools monitor factual accuracy?
Profound FactCheck and seoClarity ArcAI Accuracy publish descriptions of tools that check claims in AI answers against company information. Read those as product descriptions. Broadcastwell's separate Wrong About You study labelled 1,924 of 2,922 statements true: the answers were captured on 22 and 23 September 2026, then compared with vendor pages read on 8 October.
What we measured
Reported. Profound's FactCheck page, read on 29 October 2026, describes extracting factual claims and checking them against a customer-maintained Knowledge Base. seoClarity's ArcAI Accuracy page, read the same day, describes checking facts against the company's trusted content.
Measured. Wrong About You classified statements from answers captured on 22 and 23 September 2026. Its record rules distinguish true, wrong, stale and unverifiable. Of 2,922 statements, 880 were unverifiable; among the 2,042 checkable statements, 118 were labelled wrong or stale. The published flagged statements remain subject to team review. These are classification labels, not independently completed reviews of every claim.
This study does not measure either provider's detection accuracy or response time.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Profound's documented comparison depends on the Knowledge Base you supply. If its verdict conflicts with your pricing page, inspect the version in that Knowledge Base before treating the verdict as an error in the answer. The reference itself is part of the check: our study names 8 October as its vendor-page read date for this reason.
Ask how the tool treats an unsupported statement. Our study kept 880 unverifiable statements outside the checkable base. If your chosen product treats an unknown as wrong, its accuracy number describes another rule. Keep that rule visible in the report.
For a communications team, assign the company source an owner before relying on it as ground truth. An outdated Knowledge Base can disagree with a current answer for the wrong reason. Retain the source version and the tool's verdict so a later reviewer can follow the decision.
For an ArcAI evaluation, use its stated trusted-content comparison to ask which company page supports the verdict. Then compare that answer with Profound's Knowledge Base requirement. Keep the input source and the verdict together in your buying notes; the useful comparison is how you can inspect each decision, rather than which product inherits our study's figures.
