Is Dentally a good fit for UK dentists running a cloud based practice?
Dentally is a candidate to examine for a UK cloud-based practice: its UK site describes cloud practice software and NHS or HSC integration coverage, subject to your actual practice requirements. In our dental capture on 22 September 2026, Dentally was named in 0 of 149 valid answers. That observed absence does not establish whether the product suits your practice or whether its advertised connections work.
What we measured
Reported. Dentally's UK partner page, read on 29 October 2026, describes cloud practice software and advertises NHS integration in England, Wales and Scotland and HSC integration in Northern Ireland. Its marketplace names imaging, communication, payment and reporting partners. These are published product statements, without a functionality test here.
Measured. The September Index used ten dental buyer questions repeated three times on each engine. One Overview target was excluded, leaving 149 valid answers. The alphabetical roster below retains every checked vendor and zero. Each cell counts answers naming the vendor; every heading gives that engine's valid base.

What this means for you
Reasoned. Separate the two questions. The Index's dental panel asks about small offices, alternatives, product comparisons and purchase criteria. It does not select a UK-only practice sample, so Dentally's zero cannot become a verdict against cloud deployment for your location.
For a UK shortlist, start with the regional claim Dentally actually publishes. NHS in England, Wales and Scotland and HSC in Northern Ireland are named separately. Put your practice's location and intended submission operation beside that claim in the evaluation scope rather than accepting a general UK-compatible label.
Its partner list also distinguishes connected tools from the practice platform. Xero appears as an accounting connection; Dentally Imaging Bridge appears for compatible imaging software. If either matters to your move, inspect the named connection and required setup instead of assuming cloud-based means every existing system is included.
The UK page says integration setup varies by partner and may require enabling it within Dentally or completing setup with that partner. Ask for the applicable steps for the Xero or imaging connection your practice needs, with the current plan and data-migration scope stated in the proposal.
