How do GetMint and Otterly compare for transactional GEO in the United States?
GetMint describes product visibility, content work and agentic commerce, while OtterlyAI documents tracking products and retailers inside ChatGPT shopping answers. For a United States brief, distinguish those reported functions from completing a purchase. Our Agent Gap study on 6 October 2026 reached 44 of 70 initial public demo endpoints; it did not measure completed orders or compare transactions through these platforms.
What we measured
Reported. GetMint's About page, marked updated October 2026 and read on 29 October, describes enterprise platform and specialist services, Content Studio and work across markets including the United States. OtterlyAI's Shopping Analytics page, read that day, describes ChatGPT product and retailer appearances, tracked by the country set for a prompt.
Measured. The Agent Gap protocol includes an initial public demo-path task for each of 70 software vendors. Forty-four reached their observed endpoint on 6 October. Finding a demo destination and completing an order were different events; the study measured the former.
These sources do not establish a transaction-completion winner between GetMint and OtterlyAI.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Specify the buying event. If transactional GEO means showing a product to a shopper ready to buy, OtterlyAI's documented product and retailer observations address that discovery surface. If it means an assistant placing an order, those appearance records leave checkout and payment unobserved.
GetMint's About page describes a broader service scope, including product presence in AI shopping results and content actions with specialist support. Its agentic-commerce label is a reported part of that scope. It does not, on the inspected page, supply a matched GetMint-versus-OtterlyAI US checkout test that would settle purchase reliability.
For market scope, GetMint explicitly names the United States among its markets. OtterlyAI describes a single country context for each monitored shopping prompt. Request the applicable US prompt and shopping surface in a sample from each provider; a worldwide capability statement and a country-labelled observation are different evidence.
Keep the output fields beside their definitions. OtterlyAI's prompt-monitoring guide distinguishes brand coverage, domain citations, sponsored placements and shopping cards. A shopping-card appearance should keep that label when exported, instead of being presented as an order or a conversion.
