Which software tracks brand rankings in Google AI Overviews and Bing Copilot?
If you need one tracker for Google AI Overviews and Bing Copilot, seoClarity's ArcAI Visibility documentation explicitly lists both Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot. Check the actual surface behind a chart labelled rankings. Our September panel counted Housecall Pro names in 22 of 30 Google AI Overview answers on 22 September 2026; that is a naming count, with no Copilot result attached.
What we measured
Reported. The ArcAI visibility FAQ, read on 29 October 2026, lists AI Overviews and Copilot among supported engines. The inspected page names Microsoft Copilot without specifying a Bing-specific experience. It says visibility is checked weekly by default, with daily tracking also available. The page describes brand mentions, citations and the third-party sources associated with a competitor's appearance.
Measured. Our September Index retained 30 Google AI Overview answers for the field-service category: ten buyer questions, each repeated three times. Housecall Pro was named in 22. The record's engine field measures presence by name; it does not supply an engine-specific citation rate.
This Google count cannot establish ArcAI's accuracy, its Copilot results or a business's current position.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Separate the two surfaces in your purchase specification. The listing establishes seoClarity's stated Microsoft Copilot coverage; ask which experience it covers for your Bing-specific requirement. A sample should identify that experience alongside the questions, collection dates and saved answers. A Google-only sample leaves that part of your requirement open.
For the Google sample, ask what rankings means. The Housecall Pro record gives you a useful distinction: a name can appear in an answer without occupying a stable ordered position. If the tool reports a rank, inspect the rule that converts the answer into that number. Do not substitute our 22 naming events for such a ranking.
Keep the cadence visible. Weekly is the default stated in the ArcAI FAQ, so a proposed daily service needs its own documented scope. AI responses can change when refreshed; one retained answer and a series of repeated observations answer different questions.
For an agency buying access for clients, request separate exports for Overview and Copilot rather than one blended visibility total. Ask whether the cited source field points to the client's site or a third-party publisher. That distinction matters when a client asks which page needs attention.
For Housecall Pro, the Overview total also hides a buyer-context difference: all three small-HVAC answers named it, while none of the three commercial mechanical or fire-protection answers did. Those September question cells provide a concrete sample structure to ask a tracker to preserve; they do not validate its Copilot collection.
