Which AI visibility platforms support multiple agency clients?
OtterlyAI documents a separate Workspace for each agency client, with distinct brands, prompts, reports and team access. That is one supported option to inspect. For the measurement record each client receives, our 22 September 2026 field-service panel shows why labels matter: Jobber had 50 naming answers and 46 answers with a concurrent own-domain citation, each from 150 valid responses.
What we measured
Reported. OtterlyAI's multiple-client guide, dated 5 August 2026, distinguishes client Workspaces from Brand Reports. Its Workspace guide, dated 27 February 2026, describes team assignments and administrator allocation of prompts and audits. Both were read on 29 October 2026.
Measured. The September Index retained 150 field-service answers across five engines. Jobber was named in 50 and had a concurrent own-domain citation in 46. These are different events within that panel; Jobber is the measured software vendor, not an AI visibility platform in this comparison.
Our panel did not test OtterlyAI's client isolation, permissions or reporting implementation.
What this means for you
Reasoned. Match the client boundary. OtterlyAI's August guide places agency clients in separate Workspaces. It uses Brand Reports for separate brands and competitor tracking within a report for a different comparison. Putting a competitor into one report does not document a separate client-access boundary.
The provider describes client Workspaces on its Standard and Premium plans, with a shared prompt pool allocated across brands or Workspaces. That is a reported plan condition. Confirm the current applicable terms for your client count before proposing a scope; the saved guide is not an account test or a price quote.
For the actual report, keep the client's vendor identity beside the counting rule. The Jobber example has a fixed field-service question set and a 150-answer base. If an export gives a name count without the question set, you cannot tell whether another client's apparently similar figure used comparable buyer contexts.
Keep naming and citations visible as separate columns too. The 50 and 46 events have the same base here, but that does not make them interchangeable measures of recommendation or commercial value. A separate Workspace can organise records; it cannot repair an ambiguous metric label on its own.
