Is CRM software with ChatGPT free?
The free CRM terms published by HubSpot establish a free CRM, while ChatGPT app availability has separate conditions. Our Agent Gap capture reached all five CRM pricing-page destinations on 6 October 2026; that finding concerns access to public terms, not five free licenses or a verified zero-cost ChatGPT connection.

Reported. HubSpot’s CRM page, read on 30 October 2026 UTC, describes free CRM software without an expiration date. Its ChatGPT connector guide identifies HubSpot-tier availability, while the linked OpenAI apps guide makes availability depend on the app, plan, region and workspace conditions.
Measured. The Agent Gap method records five reached initial CRM Pricing-page tasks. Reached and correct are different fields; Pipedrive’s pricing correctness is unscored. The September Index separately records the following checked CRM names across ten questions and three repeats per engine, all captured on 22 September 2026.

Reasoned. Public pricing access and named-vendor answers cannot establish a free ChatGPT app entitlement or confirm a connector operation.
What this means for you
Check the two entitlements separately. HubSpot’s free CRM description concerns the CRM product. The OpenAI guide concerns whether a particular app is available in your ChatGPT account; a general reference to Free users does not state that every app is available to every Free account.
The connector guide adds workspace controls to that distinction. An administrator’s permission and the OpenAI account’s app availability are separate from holding a CRM record in HubSpot. No source inspected for this answer establishes a universally free HubSpot connection on ChatGPT Free, so the free CRM label should not be expanded into that promise.
The OpenAI guide also says app use may count toward the ChatGPT plan’s limits, feature-specific allowances and the app provider’s limits. For a free-CRM decision, those documented usage boundaries are a separate cost question from whether the CRM license expires.
OpenAI’s account-setup section separately describes individual sign-in and administrator-managed connections. Installing a plugin does not replace provider authorization or workspace approval. Its connection-management instructions also allow multiple accounts where an app supports them, and its permissions section says a permission setting changes when ChatGPT asks before using existing access. It does not grant new data access.
