Is hotel property management software with ChatGPT free?
Zapier's Cloudbeds and ChatGPT listing labels a Free tier, but that label does not establish a free Cloudbeds-and-ChatGPT stack. Our Agent Gap study reached 4 of 5 hotel-software pricing destinations on 6 October 2026. Reaching public terms supplies a place to investigate cost; it does not grant a hotel-software license or an OpenAI account entitlement.
What we measured
Measured. The Agent Gap method records initial public-site pricing tasks for five hotel suppliers. Four reached their destinations. The study did not activate accounts or execute the Cloudbeds integration. Separately, the 22 September 2026 Index records every checked hotel vendor's naming count below. Its complete five-engine matrix includes zeroes; the Overview base is twenty-nine after one no-Overview exclusion.

Reported. The Cloudbeds pair listing, read on 29 October 2026, identifies New Guest, New Reservation and New Cancelled Guest triggers. Its polling cards mention a fifteen-minute Free-plan check. OpenAI's Free FAQ, saved on 30 October, describes public web research with feature limits on ChatGPT Free.
Reasoned. Public web research and a polling automation tier describe different uses. Neither statement establishes the license, API entitlement and account conditions of the complete named hotel connection.
What this means for you
Follow the trigger. New Reservation starts from a reservation added to Cloudbeds; it is not a way to obtain the hotel product without an account. The page's Free-plan polling interval describes when Zapier checks for new data. That interval answers a workflow-timing question, rather than stating that all services used by the workflow carry the same entitlement.
The ChatGPT action cards describe a further boundary. The listed Conversation (Legacy) action uses the Chat Completions API and has required input fields. This is different from asking a question in the ChatGPT Free interface. The inspected listing also places a Model field on particular actions; the field's existence is not a promise about which named model or billing arrangement an individual connection can use.
