How can a buyer verify the conclusion?

On 8 October 2026, our Open Dental reference checks examined the claims retained from 22 September 2026 answer captures. Wrong About You labels 12 of 77 statements wrong or stale. To verify that conclusion, inspect the particular retained claim and dated reference, while preserving what the 77-statement base counts.

What we measured

Measured. The published study and Record rules retain 57 true, eight wrong, four stale and eight unverifiable Open Dental statements. The twelve flagged items include four wrong pricing, four stale pricing and four wrong platform statements. Team review: in progress. These historical checks do not establish the product's current price or deployment options.

The original quote and its source record remain separate from the later vendor-reference check. One flagged pricing entry records a Claude claim that there are no per-provider charges, while the dated fees reference describes additional-provider conditions. A platform entry records an Overview claim that a local server is required, while its dated reference identifies Open Dental Cloud as a hosted solution.

Reasoned. The conclusion is checkable at the statement-and-reference level. The AI Source Standard makes a related distinction: an answer supports a visibility observation, while a commercial outcome requires its own business record.

What this means for you

Keep the dates attached. The pricing entry's answer quotation is from September; its fees-page check is from October. Calling it a current price would change the conclusion. The source's wrong-versus-stale label also matters: the four stale pricing items are a different retained class from the four wrong pricing items.

One flagged statement can have several supporting observations. The no-per-provider-charge entry retains different Claude questions and runs; it is still one statement entry in the twelve-item flag list. The platform entry likewise retains its Overview question and run. Counting those observations as separate flagged statements would change the denominator and the published result.

The reference field is also inspectable. The platform entry points to the vendor's Open Dental Cloud page, while the pricing entry points to its fees page. Eight other statements remain unverifiable in the aggregate row; that status stays visible beside the twelve wrong-or-stale flags instead of silently becoming another error or a zero.
